Tracie Halcrombe is the heart behind Beautiful Minds Coaching & Consulting LLC. A Certified Professional Coach, Mental Health First Aid Instructor, and Trauma Informed Workplace Practitioner, she empowers leaders and communities through coaching, workplace wellness, and advocacy. From launching leadership academies to championing mental health with Joy Inside Tears, Inc., Tracie is dedicated to building resilient, compassionate spaces where people thrive.
